Q) Are plugs and tunnels sold in pairs or individually?
A) All of our tunnels and plugs are SOLD IN PAIRS. The reason we do this is to offer the absolute best prices and make ordering as easy as possible.
Other Items on the site are sold individually because not everyone wants 2 captive rings or 2 barbells.
SO THE PRICE YOU SEE FOR PLUGS AND TUNNELS ARE PER TWO.
Q) How Do I call Plugyourholes.com?
A) You can call us any time Monday - Friday, Noon - 6pm Central Standard time, with the exception of holidays.
Q) Can I search by size?
A) Heck yes you can! It is on the top navbar right above this and right next to a link that says Myspace. Make sure to read the instructions before searching.
Q) How can I pay?
A) As of right now payments are accepted via Pay Pal or Credit Card. Due to issues in the past we no longer accept check or money orders.
Q) How long will it take to get my order?
A) If the product is in stock, Shipping takes 5 to 10 business days. If the product is out of stock then it could take a week or two.
If the product is a PYH exclusive, then the amount of time for a restock is indeterminable.
Q) Who do you ship through?
A) We ship all of our packages First Class through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Q) How does my band endorsed?
A) Do not worry about a fancy press kit or anything like that. Just send us a very nice and thoughtful email explaining why, via the Contact Page.
We had stopped excepting bands for a while but now we are starting to offer a couple other types of endorsements.
Q) Why did you not reply to my email?
A) IF YOU CUSS AT US, ARE CONDESCENDING OR JUST PLAIN RUDE WE WILL NOT REPLY.
If you decide to send an email for every hour that passes until your plugs are in your holes, do not expect more then one reply.
Sometimes it takes us a while to reply, we only have so many employees. If it does take us a while to reply and you wait patiently, we appreciate it greatly. Often email addresses do not work. If that is the case you will not be able to receive up dates on your order, delays or tracking number. So check your email address and make sure that you check your SPAM folder.
Q) Does PYH offer Wholesale?
A) As of right now we do not.
Q) Why are the plugs I ordered the wrong size?
A) Well, one answer is that we do make mistakes. If the error is on our part then we will do whatever it takes to make things right. The other reason is that you may be misinformed about what size your ears are as some companies are a lot more lax with there sizing.
Also, some products are hand made and organic, so there may be imperfections.
Q) Can I return my products?
A) Unfortunately we can not and do not accept returns or exchanges due to our strict sanitation standards. Once a product is mailed out, we have to assume that it has been worn for the protection of other customers. Occasionally we will allow steel or pyrex to be returned because we can autoclave it (5 dollars per item), which sterilizes certain materials.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but at least you can know that the products you buy from us are safe for your loved ones.
